Back to school

Summer flew by and the kids went back to school today. I always dread sending them back to school - especially knowing that this is the last year that I'll get to have them all in school here. All 3 of them are excited for what this year brings - Parker's starting middle school, Bryant's a freshman going to school with Erin, and Erin is a senior.

This is what they looked like bright and early this morning........
From everything they told me about their first day, this should be a great year for the Chase children at school! Parker didn't miss a beat. He has lots of friends in his classes, loves his teachers, and found a spot for his friends at lunch. Bryant has friends in all his classes, too. He thinks it's pretty cool that his Algebra 2 class is filled with mostly sophomores and juniors. Erin thinks this year is going to be a breeze. She only has 4 classes that each have kids she knows and then she'll come home and hopefully going to a job soon!
