Mother's Day breakfast

On Friday, Erin and I went out for dinner and shopping. While we were at the mall, I took her to Williams Sonoma. She'd never really been there, and she fell in love! We went through the store and I pointed out all the cool things that I wish I could have and Erin must have taken notes.

This morning, I woke up to my kids bringing me presents.........everything I needed to make ebelskivers! Then they went downstairs and learned how to make one of my favorite breakfasts!

The ebelskivers turned out great! They even made some with raspberry filling!! The whole family can't wait to have them again - but next time, we're going to have to double the batch!
