For the first time ever, Parker is playing baseball in the fall. In the past, we haven't had the boys play fall ball because there are games on Sundays, but this year, Parker begged me to see if we could make it work. Parker decided to try out for the middle school baseball team. At the first try out, I told the coach that Parker really wanted a shot at being on the team but that he wouldn't be playing in any games held on Sundays. I told him that we would be fine with whatever decision he made and we were actually a bit surprised when he made the team - GO PARKER! Parker is the youngest on the team and is learning how to play in the outfield for the first time ever. He sometimes gets put at second base, but he spends most of his time in the outfield. Even though he's not playing his favorite positions, he's had a great season on the Silverhawks!

Parker loves the Pony League rules that allow the players to lead off the bases. He's so good at stealing bases.
The regular season just ended and we will be starting playoffs on Wednesday - GO SILVERHAWKS!
