Erin's weekend at home

Erin was able to come home for the weekend before heading up to BYU to start school. We had a fun filled 3 days with her and her friends.

After receiving her scholarship, we went to one of our favorite restaurants, The Cheesecake Factory, where we introduced Erin to the best food on earth - avocado egg rolls!

She did NOT want to try them (I must admit, avocados don't look that appetizing)

Thinking about it......

That's a smile.....she really did like them even if she wasn't thrilled with the consistency of avocados.

After lunch, we went shopping at Erin's favorite mall - The Irvine Spectrum. It's such a beautiful place!

Rick isn't too into the shopping experience. He mostly waited outside while we shopped (but he did enjoy window shopping at Brookstone - he even found something for his birthday wish list.)
