We were lucky to have the Reid family come visit us again this summer, but we were a bit worried about how to manage all of our activities. On the day of their arrival, we had tickets to the Angel game which we had purchased a couple of months ago. When Tiffany said they would be interested in going to the game with us, we started looking on Stub Hub for extra tickets. We were just about to purchase some tickets when Rick received a call from one of his co-workers. He had some really amazing tickets that he wouldn't be able to use, so he wondered if we would want them..........that was a no brainer! So I made a detour to San Clemente to pick up the tickets and then rushed home, loaded everyone up, and arrived just in time for the game (but not in time for a Mo's dinner.....bummer).
We decided to split up and take turns sitting in the best seats - which lasted a few innings before Tiffany and I found some vacant seats behind the men and boys. It was soooooo much fun sitting right down in front where you could see the players in the dugout! The Reids had such a great time that they are planning to attend some minor league games when they return to Vancouver.
The Angels ended up winning by a landslide and Torii Hunter hit 3 home runs!! He was the first interview on the field after the game ended.
