We did a lot of celebrating on Erin's 18th birthday. The day started off with a pancake breakfast. You can't see the stack well because it's in my wonderful new pancake warmer that my friend got me for my birthday - I love it! Erin came to breakfast in her Arby's uniform and had to go right to work after eating.
We didn't have much time for a family celebration in the evening, so we just ate pizza and opened presents before her graduation/birthday open house began.

I didn't take many pictures during the party. We had yummy desserts, including the chocolate fountain, a fabulous cake, homemade salsa with chips, and a veggie platter.
Alofa brought Erin a lei to wear during the party. She is also the one who made her lei for graduation - she's a very talented lady!
A crazy game of ping pong was played in the garage. All the players found random objects to use as paddles.

After all the adults were gone, the youngsters decided to eat some cake - almost everything was edible.
Then Erin broke out her new laptop and she and her friends had some fun messing with Apple's Photobooth.
What a great day it was for Erin. Thank you to all of those who came to congratulate Erin and show their support. She has had wonderful friends, leaders, and teachers all along the way to help mold her into the amazing young woman she is today.
